I perform Mexican folkloric songs and dances dressed in traditional attire. Through a PowerPoint presentation and short storytelling, students will learn how music, dance, clothing, and community celebrations help preserve cultural heritage and share stories across generations. This program will help students understand Mexican culture and strengthen the cultural identity of the school community.
This is an interactive program where students, teachers, and staff are asked to sing and dance along with the performance using Spanish vocabulary.
Teacher must inform me about any preferred theme.
Suggested themes include:
1. Cinco De Mayo (May)
2. Mexican Independence Day (September)
3. Hispanic Heritage Day (October)
4. Day of the Dead (November)
