I CAN demonstrate hula and yoga postures using breath control, concentration, focus, balance, and strength.
I CAN mindfully pay attention to my emotions and breath and imagine my breath filling my lungs so that I breathe slower and deeper- whenever I feel tired or sluggish, when I feel angry or upset - or when I feel nervous, tense or stressed. I CAN communicate my thoughts and feelings. |
