I can create a personal Mandala that incorporates geometric shapes. Students will create a Mandala using line, shape, and color that contains a pattern using crayon and construction paper. Students will discuss the history of Mandala.
The students will understand the way in which geometric shapes and pattern creates a Mandala using reflection techniques. Students will create their personal Mandala by using color and overlapping of shapes. Shapes will vary depending on the grade level.
Volunteers can help hand out material and help students create their personal mandala.
