About Joseph Breton

Dr. Joe has been a licensed naturopathic physician for 23 years. His current focus can be described as Body/Mind Youth Empowerment via the Arts. In a creative sense, he describes his work akin to a “farmer,” planting seeds of compassion within the hearts and minds of the youth. His interactive drumming & chant-dance program called BamBoom! is described as “A sing out loud, stomp your feet to the beat, save the planet all in one exhilarating experience!” Dr. Joe serves YMCA youth camps, Channel 3 Kids Camp, Boy Scouts of America, L.E.A.P and various other youth organizations in and around the New England area with his interactive teaching programs. He has been a guest on both Better CT with Scott Haney and with the Stan Simpson Morning Show speaking on the Healing Power of Music. Dr. Joe has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Bridgeport (2000-03) developing and teaching classes in Nutrition, Oncology and Nature Cure. In addition, his continuing collaboration with South American and Native American healers is an effort to help others through traditional health practices. Doctor Breton currently practices as a naturopathic physician in Hampden, MA.
