I CAN drum along on ordinary plastic buckets with my favorite music. I CAN enjoy playing music with family, caregivers, friends, and in the community. I CAN join school music programs.
Bob motivates kids to join school music programs. They play a plastic bucket drum with basketball and soccer ball mallets, plus Afro-Caribbean drums. He leads them with captivating beats to high-octane songs with lyrics in Spanish, Portuguese, English, and Yoruba. He teaches skills for self-regulation, following directions, teamwork, and empathy. They're inspired to play music with their families, caregivers, friends, and community.
DRUM BUCKETS activities are accessible and engaging for neurodiverse students and for students with physical challenge. With advance notice, Bob provides adaptive instruments and accessories.
Two caregivers can be invited to attend and to assist as "stage crew".
