It would be helpful to have Rubber Spots for each student and bluetooth speaker BUT this is OPTIONAL. An open space is required.
Open space for the students and I to move is required.
I can demonstrate 4 Tai Chi postures
I can use the breathing technique with my Tai Chi postures
I can tell the benefit of at least one Tai Chi postures.

Grade 2
